Overall a great experience
"We were quite pleased with our stay at the two iberostar hotel on our recent trip to Cuba. The lobby in both hotels had outstanding décor. For the buffet it appeared that there were many of the same type salad, so I would suggest a little more variety. Some of the staff was much friendlier than others. It would have been nicer if everyone was totally friendly"Rating: 10,0

Unfortunately we did not succeed at making your stay with us a pleasant one and we would like to apologize on behalf of our staff which knows the importance of a warm and sincere welcome to our guests. As you have stated we have placed double glazing in our rooms to help reduce the noise from outside and we would like to share with you that we have set a renovation plan in motion to add some extra soundproofing materials to our rooms to try to stop the noise to come in from outside into our rooms.We hope that if you visit us in the future we can show you the improvements made. The IBEROSTAR Grand Hotel Trinidad is a city located near the old center of the city which makes it perfect for exploring the old part of town. We apologize about the lack of information you get before arriving to the hotel. You can find a lot of information either surfing internet or visiting a travel agent. Following your advice we have taken the appropriate measures at the lobby bar and restaurant areas to set the volume of the music to a nice level. Thanks for sharing your concerns with us.
