Very enjoyable stay in a beautiful location in Trinidad

"Excellent Location and Service. Do feel that free Wi Fi should be included as you had to buy time after the initial 30 minutes free time given."

"Stayed in the park central Havana new part. Nice hotel, food good, but no ambience in the new part so went across to the old part which was very nice in their bar area. Stayed in the Trinidad one as well. This was my favourite. Lovely room and facilities in their. Took a evening meal in this hotel, which was also the best meal I had while in Cuba. Recommend to anyone."

"The property is 10 years old now. You need to continue to maintain your property. The towel rack in the bathroom was falling off the wall. The hand towel hook was pulled out of the wall. Outside our room smelled like oil. During breakfast I had to go get my own coffee. The employees were somewhat distracted. And the coffee was mediocre which is hard to believe when visiting Cuba. The hotel should provide maps of Trinidad for walking purposes."

We believe that it is also important to share with you that we do provide maps of the city at the Reception which is opened 24 hours; these maps contain a detail list and location of the most important places to visit in our town.
