"I booked my room for two weeks half a year earlier. I would have expected that place at room location would have been better. Now, we lived in two weeks in the room, which was located in the noisy streetside. We were disappointed."

"The hotel is a good experience over all. I have stayed in 5 star and 4 star hotels which varies around the globe. Fit Tenerife the hotel fits the 5 star category but a few things really need to be done in order to maintain this level. The carpets in the corridors leading to the rooms are dirty and marked on each floor, they need to be replaced. The music is dreadful! Pleas update to something like Jack Johnson or Adelle! The restaurants in the evenings have a very poor atmosphere. Candles!"

It is through such feedback we are able to pinpoint any areas within the hotel which may have a little room for improvement and for this, we a grateful. It has been a surprise to read your comments regarding the cleanliness of our hotels carpets as they are steam cleaned regularly by our housekeeping staff. We will certainly relay your comments directly to the head of housekeeping for discussion. Last but not least we have taken your suggestion with regards to the music being played in our hotel on board however we must point out that the music selected is to cater for all of our guests who venture to our hotel from all over the world and therefore needs to be varied in genre and tempo. "Beautiful hotel and a great location. The staff were very professional and friendly. We had a room facing the garden with a large balcony that caught the evening sun long after it disappeared from the pool area, so pleased we requested this. The Spa was very pleasant and welcoming on a particularly cloudy afternoon."

"Hotel was of a high quality and the staff were very pleasant, particularly those cleaning the rooms and those on the front desk. Large variety of buffet food of good quality, but the hot food was nearly always cold. Evening dining experience was mixed - food was sometimes, but not always, enjoyable, but mostly of limited quantity and the service was often slow. Vegetables were also noticeably absent on the al-a-carte menu. Bar prices and minibar prices were high."
