"Other than restaurants we would describe everything as excellent. Do not particularly like the buffet restaurant for evening meals as we would prefer waiter service plus the restaurant is a little too brightly lit for evenings. The more expensive restaurant is far too quiet for us."Rating: 4,0

Lovely property and butler service. Detail needs improving to be worth the money paid.
"Great property, Balcanada butlers very good. Detail let this hotel down such a room service breakfast not cleared for 3 hours, bath products not replaced, mini-bar and coffee cups not replaced for three days and only after several attempts at asking etc. I was also very surprised when I ordered a club sandwich at 22:10 to be told no French fries after 22:00. It's a 5 star hotel, the price is similar to very very good hotels in the world - the answer should have been "of course sir"."Rating: 8,0

Very good, Friendly clean efficient and quiet hotel
"Overall superb Plumbing abit dated and shower very primitive Walking on the stone floors in the bedroom not the best experience. A great deal of steps for the elderly due to layout of the hotel site. It would be good to have the loos and changing area for the garden area on the same level. You could have out the gym downstairs! Otherwise avery good experience."Rating: 10,0
