"Great experience for my first trip to an iberostar resort. The staff was excellent,including Kade,who went above and beyond to make our trip extra special. The bar and pool staff made the days enjoyable."

very good

"Staff at theme restaurants were very attentive, had good attitudes, and were friendly. The staff at the buffets not so much. The butler I would give a 3. One being poor and five excellent. The staff at the towel station were excellent. The pools were awesome and also the beach."

"The friendliness of the staff was far superior to any resort I have stayed in previously. The hotel is gorgeous. My only gripe would be that reservations are needed at the restaurants because I don't like to have a schedule while on vacation. Otherwise I was more than pleased by the entire experience."

"My only issue was when my room flooded during a rain storm how the PR asst manager on property handled herself ruined our last night at the resort. We waited over 90minutes in our room for her to come-- she never did and when i found her she told me she had no intention of coming to our room and sent me on my way. very rude. not helpful. was able to get the front desk to move us. eventually the property asst GM found us and made it right-- but still left VERY bad taste in our mouths."

"excellent hotel but did not enjoy the Jamaican restaurant, we was there for two weeks so I feel there should be a change of shows of an evening to cater for two week stays if possible, also Biggest complaint was the smoking of cannabis by other guests at resort, we could not sit n enjoy our balcony because the people next door to our hotel room smoked it everyday on there balcony, we complained and was told its legal and they can, we paid a lot of money to stay in a five star resort"
