IBEROSTAR Grand Hotel Rose Hall’s unmatched customized service consists of personal butler service, special welcome at check-in with champagne and cold, wet towel; sheet menu; mini-bar stocked with your favorite drinks; evening cocktail; newspaper delivery; shoeshine; pool and beach towels; sun products; and reading materials.

Grand Star Service

Guests seeking an additional level of pampering and personal attention may inquire about Grand Star Service. In addition to personal butler and concierge service, Grand Star Service offers champagne and a cold, wet towel in room at check-in, luggage packing and unpacking service, nighttime ironing, breakfast in bed, and private check-out (Ocean Front Suites and Presidential Suite).

All-Inclusive at the Grand Hotel Rose Hall

As an All-Inclusive resort, the IBEROSTAR Grand Hotel Rose Hall provides its guests an unlimited selection of domestic and international food, snacks, and drinks offered at the hotel’s establishments including the four Rose Hall Suites restaurants and the three located at Rose Hall Beach. 24-hour room service and a special breakfast menu are also available. 

All-Inclusive also covers concierge and butler service; certain sporting activities such as basketball, kayaking, windsurfing, aerobics, and water aerobics; use of fitness room; and at least one complimentary round of golf at a nearby golf course. 

Conventions

With 443 sq. ft. of meeting space, the hotel is equipped with three conference rooms, two of which have a 100 person per room capacity. Moreover, the Grand Rose Hall’s professional team of corporate event planners are ready to assist any company organize its meeting, convention, seminar, or workshop.
